Baggage allowance
All bookings ticketed/paid for and for travel after 17 July 2017 are entitled to 30kg/pp in Economy and 40kg/pp in Business Class.
Air Vanuatu Check-In Airport team will automatically provide them with the new baggage allowance above even if their baggage allowance on their tickets is not updated.
Note that the 30kg allowance includes your clubs and there is no separate provision over and above 30KG in total checked baggage.
Note that this does not apply to New Caledonia or Fiji and if you require assistance with excess baggage please email Melanie asap per below link.
If you have booked tickets prior to 17th July please send details including your E-Ticket Reference to Melanie with cc to me
